Cross-account access allows Morse Code to securely access your AWS account and Amazon Connect instance information. It utilizes AWS IAM (Identity and Access Management) to easily create roles and access key.
You can add multiple AWS Accounts to the Morse Code portal, enabling you to use our powerful tools for insights and management. Additionally, you can request to enroll your AWS Connect instances in our Enhanced Care support service. for more information.

The steps below will guide you on how to add additional AWS accounts to Morse Code:
Click the 'ADD ACCOUNT' button at the top of the Connected Instances section.
In the 'Add Account' window, you can add new AWS accounts to the Morse Code portal. You'll also be able to see which of your AWS accounts have already been added. To add a new AWS account to your Morse Code portal:
Enter the new AWS account’s ID into the AWS ACCOUNT ID field
The ID can be utilized for logging into the AWS console and accessing various AWS services. You can easily locate your AWS account ID by logging into the AWS Console and navigating to the Support Center.
Your AWS Account ID can be found within the left-hand menu
Navigate back to the Add Account window and click the GENERATE URL button.
After it is done loading, click LAUNCH STACK.
Please note that the user who performs this action needs proper IAM permissions for AWS CloudFormation to launch the stack.
This will open the CloudFormation page in a new tab.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and be sure to check the box in the Capabilities section.
Click the orange "Create stack" button and then close the tab.
Back on the Morse Code tab, you will see this loading screen:
Once the Morse Code Portal is done connecting your AWS account, the window will confirm that the connection was successful.
All of the Connect instances within that account will now be listed in the Connected Instances section.
