What is cross account access?

Cross account access is what allows Morse Code to securely access your AWS account and Amazon Connect instance information. It utilizes AWS IAM (Identity and Access Management) to easily create a role and access key.

How does security work for Morse Code? Is the platform secure?

Morse Code was built with security-first development at the heart. We did not just "shift left" we were "born left". Our engineering team leverages powerful tools that empower them to make intelligent decisions early on in the development process and throughout their development workflows. These tools have ensured that our code is secure. From Software Composition Analysis (SCA), to Static Code Analysis (SAST), to Infrastructure as Code (IaC), we have comprehensive coverage of the modern application stack and implemented security checks throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Is there an additional charge for using Morse Code?

No! Morse Code is available at no extra cost for Enhanced Care customers.

Where can I view activity on my Enhanced Care tickets?

The process of handling tickets has not changed. You can still handle tickets through email and the Jira portal. In the future, this will be handled through Morse Code as well.

Can I provide feedback or request features?

Yes! We highly encourage you to do so. You can contact your project manager or submit a Morse Code ticket to provide feedback and request features.
