In need of assistance? Our dedicated support team is here to help you every step of the way. Follow the instructions below to open a ticket and get the support you need.

If you have an issue with the Morse Code Portal or your Managed Instance, you can click on the large blue “Get Support” banner to open a support ticket.

There are two request types you can open: “Enhanced Care Request” and “Morse Code Support”. Visit the links below to learn more about both types of requests and how to submit them.
